Shipping timelines depend on the type of product or service. Standard items, if applicable, are shipped within a reasonable timeframe after order confirmation. Customized or project-based deliveries may vary depending on site conditions and requirements.
Our services and deliveries are currently available in selected regions. Delivery availability will be confirmed at the time of order or consultation.
Most of our offerings are service-based (automation, electrical work, installation). In such cases, physical shipping may not apply. Completion timelines are communicated before project start.
Returns are generally not applicable for services once work has been started or completed. For hardware or products, returns or replacements may be considered only in case of manufacturing defects, subject to inspection.
If a product is received in damaged or defective condition, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Replacement will be handled as per manufacturer warranty and supplier terms.
Customized products, installed items, and services already delivered are non-returnable and non-refundable.
