At Alpha Tech Automation, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be provided for our products and services.
Since we deal primarily in customized automation solutions, electrical work, and technical services, refunds are generally not applicable once the work has started or services have been delivered.
Any advance payment made for project booking, site visit, or material procurement is non-refundable once the process has been initiated.
Project cancellations must be requested before work begins. In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be decided after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
If any supplied product is found defective at the time of delivery, replacement may be provided as per manufacturer warranty terms. Cash refunds are not guaranteed for hardware products.
We are not responsible for delays caused due to factors beyond our control, such as site conditions, client delays, natural events, or power restrictions. Such cases do not qualify for refunds.
